Description

Vibrant & Natural Violet ColorMax Contacts

Whether you are completing a subtle anime cosplay, channeling The Witcher’s Yennefer of Vengerberg, or simply trying to achieve the legendary “Elizabeth Taylor” violet gaze, the Violet ColorMax lenses deliver a stunning, vibrant transformation.

Many cheap colored contacts simply use a light purple tint that becomes completely invisible when placed over a dark eye. The Gothika® ColorMax line is fundamentally different. These lenses are printed, not tinted. By using specialized, high-opacity color printing technology, the ColorMax lens completely masks your natural eye color, allowing the rich violet hues to pop brilliantly—even if you have dark brown eyes!

Perfect for Everyday Beauty & Cosplay

  • Anime & Gaming Cosplay: Ideal for characters that require a bright but natural-looking purple eye without the harsh, jagged limbal rings of traditional theatrical lenses.

  • Everyday Glamour: The multi-tonal violet printing blends seamlessly toward the center of your pupil, giving you a deep, attractive, and realistic purple gaze for daily wear or photoshoots.

  • Prescription Available: Don’t let glasses ruin your look. Violet ColorMax lenses are available in non-corrective (Plano/0.00) and exact corrective strengths from -0.50 down to -6.00.

The Gothika® Safety Standard (FDA Cleared)

Under US Federal Law, all contact lenses—even non-corrective beauty lenses—are considered medical devices. We are committed to providing you with lenses safely and legally.

  • Strict FDA Standards: All Gothika lenses are strictly cleared by the FDA and manufactured using ultra-breathable materials for all-day comfort.

  • Fast Verification: The process is super easy! After checkout, our secure VerifyMyLenses system will instantly reach out to your eye doctor. If your doctor doesn’t respond within 8 business hours, your lenses are legally cleared to ship fast!

A: Yes! Because the ColorMax line uses high-opacity color printing rather than a sheer tint, they are specifically designed to completely cover dark brown eyes and deliver a vibrant violet color.

A: While they are incredibly popular for cosplay, the ColorMax series is part of our Cosmetic line. They lack the harsh, dramatic designs of Halloween lenses, making them perfect for everyday beauty wear and subtle transformations.

A: With proper care, cleaning, and storage in a sterile contact lens case, Gothika lenses can be worn multiple times. However, for maximum comfort and eye health, optometrists recommend replacing your lenses every 30 to 90 days depending on frequency of use.

To ensure the long-term health and safety of your eyes, Gothika strongly advises all customers to follow standard medical guidelines when handling contact lenses:

  • Never Share Lenses: Sharing contact lenses with friends or fellow cosplayers can spread bacteria and lead to severe, vision-threatening eye infections.

  • Proper Hygiene: Always wash and dry your hands completely before inserting or removing your lenses. Clean and store them only in fresh, sterile multi-purpose contact lens solution—never tap water or saliva.

  • Safe Wear Time: Never sleep in your contact lenses. If you experience unexpected redness, blurry vision, swelling, or pain, remove the lenses immediately and consult your eye care professional.
