The customer is responsible for return shipping fees back to our facility unless otherwise arranged in writing via email.
VERY IMPORTANT NOTICE!
As of Aug 25th, 2025, if you order lenses and DO NOT complete the prescription verification as required by federal law, you will be assessed a 3.5% fee on your refund. We post that this is a requirement for all contact lens sales on every page. It costs us money to accept your payment. This fee is automatically charged by the credit card company. We can no longer absorb this fee for customers who refuse to complete the form. In addition, if you order during the busy season, August-November, your refund could take several weeks as we prioritize our customer service department on orders that can be filled. The form only takes three clicks and takes less than 2 minutes. This is a federal requirement now.
Shipping is non-refundable. If packages are returned to us because they are unclaimed or undeliverable, we will attempt to contact you to reship the package. If a refund is issued for the order, it will not include shipping charges.
