Contact Lens Prescription: If you are buying contact lenses, we require a contact lens prescription for all orders — even for non-corrective (plano) lenses — per FDA guidelines. This is to ensure that your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses, that our lenses will fit your eyes, and that you know how to properly wear and care for your lenses.
October Return Policy: All purchases during the month of October are non-refundable and not returnable. All sales are final.
Shipping Information: The shipping option you select at checkout is the estimated transit time after your order has been processed and shipped. Expedited shipping does not bypass our processing time.
Order Processing Time: All orders require up to 8 business hours to process. Business hours are 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday, in your local time zone, excluding federal holidays.
